Von Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI automation agency based in Tampa Bay, Florida. We operate at vonsolutions.net and provide automation services — including missed call recovery, review generation, and AI-assisted customer communications — to residential service and trades businesses.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of information:

• Analytics Data. On client websites we manage, we deploy Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, traffic sources, and device/browser information. This data is collected to help our clients understand website performance.
• OAuth Tokens. To deliver services that integrate with Google platforms (including Google Ads and Google Analytics), we obtain and securely store OAuth 2.0 refresh tokens on behalf of our clients. These tokens grant limited, scoped access to Google services and are used solely to operate the services we provide.
• Contact Information. When prospective clients fill out a form or book a call through our website, we collect name, email address, phone number, and business details.
• Client Business Data. In the course of providing services, we may process customer names and phone numbers belonging to our clients' customers (e.g., to send automated SMS messages on behalf of a client).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the services contracted by our clients
• Analyze website performance and report metrics to clients
• Access Google services (Ads, Analytics) on behalf of clients who have explicitly authorized this access
• Respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective clients
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the services described above.

4. Google API Services

Von Solutions uses Google APIs, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to deliver services to clients. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

OAuth tokens obtained to access Google services are used exclusively to perform the specific functions our clients have authorized. We do not share, sell, or use this access for any purpose beyond those explicitly requested by the client.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. We do not share client or customer data with any third party except:

• Service providers we use to operate our platform (e.g., Supabase for database storage, OpenPhone for SMS delivery) — bound by data processing agreements
• When required by law — in response to valid legal process or to protect rights and safety

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. OAuth tokens are invalidated and deleted promptly upon client offboarding. Analytics data is governed by the retention settings configured within Google Analytics for each client property.

7. Security

We store all sensitive credentials (including OAuth tokens) in encrypted environment variables and secure database systems. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We employ industry-standard practices to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

8. Your Rights
